Dr Akinola Ogunlewe is the chairman and CEO of Lamont Oil and chemical, he is also the founder of the company.
Dr Ogunlewe is a seasoned operator in the Nigerian and international business community. A former top level federal civil he has extensive experience and expertise in the Nigerian business environment.
A past chairman of Eko International Bank now Skye Bank. He was also the first Managing Director of NICON Insurance. He was also chairman of Camesco engineering services; he has chaired the NEPAD group on African development. Currently as well as being chairman of Lamont Oil and chemical he is chairman of BCE consulting engineers and SLB consultancy. It is through his vision and drive, which Lamont oil was formed and through his drive and acumen that the company has been able to achieve what it has thus far.
Mr Ogunlewe is having significant knowledge and understanding of the downstream sector the Nigerian oil and gas market.
He is a managing partner of Executive Decisions Ltd which has in the last 5 years traded over 20 million litres of PMS, AGO, Jet A1.
He has significant understanding on how the market works and a vast array of contacts that enable him to secure products for customers at the best rates and locations. He is the Head of Operations and Development for Lamont Oil and Chemical, he is responsible for moving the company into new areas of business.
Ms Onabu is a seasoned operator in the downstream trading sector of Nigeria.
She did her National Youth Service at Nigerian Petroleum Investment Management Service which gave her great insight into the overall structure and practices of the industry.
Her vast market and industry intelligence from over the years has helped grow Lamont Oil trading exponentially.
Mr Turner has over 20 year’s experience in the downstream trading sector of Nigeria.
He has over this period built up a strong and extensive network, that has made him a key touch point for the industry.
His market expertise helped deepen Lamont Oil market presence and participation.
